Although the community is quiet and well-kept for the most part, the pool is rarely open, and the playground is not kept up at all. The basketball hoop is nonexistant, the tennis court is there, but no net, and two swings is a playground' Wonderful staff...proffessional, courteous, and always willing to help. However, the maintenance crew (consisting of one person) is obviously stretched too tight for a community of this size. My suggestion' Perhaps hire another maintenance person in addition to the present one, or perhaps hire a pool maintenance company in addition to the maintenance person. He does a wonderful job, but he is stretched too thin, and deserves help.
