There is no insulation in these apartments.During the winter I had to run my heater all the time,and my power bill was nothing to be admired. I tried putting plastic over the windows but that didnt help that much.Also, I could hear my upstairs neighbor on the phone, snoring,talking, or just going about common daily activities because of the lack of insulation.When I moved out I did notice there were some rough looking people starting to hang out in the parking lot at night.With the exception of freezing its an ok apartment.
