First of all you can get much more room for the price with other apts that I'm sure are much better as well! Also the staff... well I can't really say much about the staff cuz they were never there! I loved Shantell! She helped us out alot but she was never there! When I was trying to pay rent or talk to her about something urgent I would have to camp outside her office for hours with my daughter trying to catch anyone. You can hear a plain conversation through the walls and ceilings, you don't even have to raise your voice! and the doors are worse! so if you want any conversation privacy, you'd better wisper, lol. maintenece was horible!!! he was a drunk pervert!!! We had a broken tub when we moved in and told them and put in many complaints over the corse of our lease and they finally got to it the week we were leaving! the upstairs neighbors washer I guess flooded somehow down to my apt. it went between the paint and wall in my kitchen and created a huge bubble! I wish I still had the pictures so I can show you how big it got over the week that it took them to come and look at it and that was only because I took the picture to them! the water went away on its own and they never did anything about the huge bubble that still lingered! There was alot of drug activity!!!!!! and even though the neighbores I had are gone now alot of them were SHADY!!! I did not feel safe in my own neighborhood. Oh and the swingset is two crappy swings that are set way too low that when my 2yr old daughter at the time sat on one her feet were on the ground. the pool is DISCUSTING!!!!!! it was mabey open for like a month during the summer we were there! and the breezeways were filthy!!! almost as if it looked like a parking space with oil spills! my electric bill was never under a $100 with only 2 ppl in a small 2 bdrm. we kept all the lights off except mabey a lamp. kept the temp at 75 degrs. in summer and 65 in winter and hardly used anyother appliences more than needed just to try to keep it low. but the insilation was so poor that even what little air and heat we used it still wouldn't stay inside. over all it was horible! I would have been happier living in the econo lodge, lol!

Vote for Obama more then......The shady characters im sure were a f r i can americans....i have another word for them, but god forbid we call them what they are. Still think Obama will save you? LMFAO!

actually... it was the white trash that I lived next to. one of them let their 2 yr old son stay up till 2am at least. I had to go to the store for an emergency and my car wasn't working and I knew that they were always up... you could hear their kids screaming 24/7 almost... and when I knocked on the door the boy answered in a dirty diaper that was almost grey with filth. they didn't even know anyone was at the door! I tried to get him to get his parents but of course he didn't understand. after a few mins, the woman comes walking out of her room naked not even caring that her son had the door wide open! her other kids are just menaces! She even stole another tenants back of underware and her purse out of the womans car... she returned the purse without money and CC cards but kept the underware. she was caught on camera trying to use the cards so it deff was her. I mean... who steals used underware!!! not everyone their is horrible though... there was and still are some good ppl there. Oh and yeah, actually, the black ppl I lived around were the most outstanding ppl in my building... so I don't quite agree with you at all... but you have your oppinions...
