The noise from neighbors is deafening. There is next to no insulation which means you hear everything, and I mean everything, your neighbors do. From walking across the floor to "nighttime activity," you hear it all. Traversing the exterior wooden staircases and breezeways produces a sound similar to a herd of elephants. On a positive note, the architectural details are many, but they don't outweigh the lack of serenity one should find in their living space.
