Some things to know.

This apartment complex is not in the beloved Dorchester District II school district. It's in Berkeley County and children would go to Berkeley County schools.

You pay all utilities, electricity, water, sewer, garbage, etc.

Knology Cable is about the only cable service you can have.

Rental rates advertised are base rates only. If you want a sunroom, a screened porch or a certain floor you pay more per month.

Neighbors say the walls are thin but I haven't had any noise issues. I also don't share a wall with any other neighbors. However, I could hear my cat meowing when he was buy the door and I was outside about 20 feet from the door.

Maintenance fixes everything right away. The buildings are new so there isn't much upkeep.

Depending on the traffic lights you are just 3 to 5 minutes from I-26.

Moving vans and semis have plenty of room to park.

they have nice propane grills for residents to use. I think about 4 or 5 which has been enough for the 280 apartments so far.

Fitness equipment is made with Polar Heart Rate monitors. there's never a line to use it.
