I've lived here since July of 2005 and I plan to stay for at least 2 more years. My apartment is awesome, high ceilings, textured walls, black appliances, it feels more like a high priced condo than an apartment. The ladies in the office have over exceeded my expectations on customer service! They always go the extra mile to make sure I'm happy!

I would not call the walls "thin", people need to realize that they live in an apartment, not a house on their own acre of land. You should expect to hear your neighbors from time to time, your home is attached to theirs! Trust me, this place is very well insulated when I compare it to experiences at other "Luxury" communities in the local area. If you don't want to hear anything, live on the 3rd floor!

The very few times I needed maintenance, I was taken care of almost immediately.

The location is most convenient. I can walk to Target, The Movies, McAllister's and many other shops AND I'm 1/4 mile from I-26. Can't beat that!

Here's my bit of advice...If your looking for the best of the best in Summerville & you want to be given the best customer service...Look no further than Vista Sands.

The walls are very thin, this review is or has been written by Management, every tenant complains of noise nuisance.
