I moved in to Vista Sands a few months after they opened. It really is a nice complex. I just read the "Not worth a penny" rating, and I have to say I was a bit disappointed. I was here for months and everything was fine. Recently however, there were people using the clubhouse after hours that were out of control. I was grateful that our landlord stepped in and starting closing the room after hours. The people who are upset at the management are the ones who were being disrespectful to others. I don't really go in to the office much, but when I have the people there have been nice to me.

And as far as the "thin walls," I can't say that I haven't ever heard my neighbors, but then again, I have never lived in an apartment where I haven't.
