Moving to Vista Sands, WATCH YOUR STEP on the apartment grounds. The apartment complex is full of dog owners that do not do their personal duty of picking up after their pets. In fct it is a pretty disgusting problem if you have children and you like to play outside like my daughter and I do. Of course their are some responsible pet owners that do pick up after their pets but this is not the norm. The apartment complex has deposit areas for responsible pet owners to deposit their baggies but they do empty these containers very regularly. Noise is also a serious problem there seems to be Little or no insulation between floors and walls of other dwellings. It sounds like an aerobic class going on upstairs and it's just my neighbor walking around getting ready for work. Music at a moderate level from the apartment next to me can be heard very clearly in my bedroom. The staff is willing to punish offenders with a $50 fine if you become the Poop Police and provide a description of the dog and owner to the managers. Otherwise it's not really their problem that they will go on the offensive about, its up to the residents to stake-out their neighbors. This apartment is just a temporary place while our house is getting built, I am looking forward to closing on our home. The apartment is very close to the Azeala Shopping Center, many restaurants, and movie theatre. The apartment itself looks nice and the grounds look nice, just scattered with approximately 20 - 30 piles of love on a daily basis, watch your step. Please be a responsible pet owner.
