I want to be as honest as I can be in this review. The apartment buildings themselves are beautiful. They are nearly brand new, and the floor plans and apartment layouts are amazing. I was so excited when I took my first tour, and the day I moved in. Then came the drama.

If you have neighbors beneath you that are early-to-bed folk, or work night-time hours ... beware, as the floors are very thin, and my neighbors in particular find no fault in calling the police or turning you into the office, time and time again.

Most of the staff is OUTSTANDING. The general manager is one of the nicest people I have ever met, as are a few of the others, but there is one person who works there that can be a really not nice person. She makes ugly faces at you, and kind of treats you as if you are stupid if you come in to discuss problems with her. People like her can make the experience bad in general.

The price you pay to live here is high in my opinion. If you find fault in any way...some of the staff will try to assist you, while some will not. It is very hard to pay what you do, and not be satisfied.

If you are night-shift workers, or can be friendly while someone is snarling back at you ... then this is the place for you. Again, the apartments are really nice, the location is convenient, but would I resign a lease ... not unless I get new neighbors, and one member of the staff is not there when the time comes.

I also live in Vista Sands and I thought I was the only one who thought badly about the person in the office. I totally agree. The rent is too high, yes it is nice, but not big enough for the rent. We live on the third story have a great view of the pond, but I can hear my downstairs neighbors talking from my bedroom. My lease ends in September and we are leaving!
