Vista Sands is a beautiful piece of property completely wasted and ruined by the unprofessional and disingenuous if not out right dishonest management staff. It has been an educational experience if nothing else; from day one evidence of incompetence was apparent.

The root of the problem seems to be lack of corporate knowledge by the management team. In cases where they are unsure about a given policy or guideline they appear to invent one that seems close and then staunchly defend it.Unless you enjoy constant frustration, find an alternative, anything else.
