The landscaping and apartments are wonderful, but this is completely offset by awful management and living in constant fear of car/apartment breakins. I returned from vactaion to find a broken heater, and I was hung up on by the emergency maintainence answering service. There were two breakins within one week in which "doors were kicked down". Also, there were 3 car breakins during just a short span. The final straw was being falsely accused of throwing beer bottles off of the third floor during a period of time in which i was out of town. Management did not contact me concerning the matter, and merely left an accusatory letter threatening future fines. This is unacceptable management practice, and a very unsafe situation. The situation became so poor, that I had to contact the regional manager just to recieve proper action. I was VERY happy to move out of this apartment and into a more professionally managed community. I would strongly discourage anyone from moving into this unsafe and poorly managed community.

Even gated comunities have "break ins" Wake up! Crime is everywhere. While, I have lived here for two years and never heard of a break in at all, we have two dead bolts on the doors. More than what most people who own homes have. Also, being 100 yards from a fire station and having 5 or 6 policemen living on site is fabulous! Statistics show that most criminals break into single family dwellings anyway. Apartments are not criminal friendly due to the closeness and that potential for noise. I am a single woman who comes home from work at times 2 or 3 a.m. and I feel safe enough to come in and come back out to walk my dog. Thanks and I pray you find a happy place to live.
