DownHill!!! Is it just cool now to let people put colorful sticky notes all over their windows'' That is sooooo tacky and it's been like that for 5 months now. Building 600 I think. If management actually had some motivation and concern for the apperance of this "so-called" UPSCALE community, you think they would enforce the rules that we all sign when we move in. HINT TO CORPORATE! You need a new manager and a new staff, then maybe everyone wouldnt move out at the end of their leases. Seems like we are all going to Farmington Village. Why is it that they always let the good people in the office just walk out the door, then bring in these lazy seat warmers who care more about getting new people in than keeping the people already there happy' Someone in the "higher" management isnt making very sound decisions... that should be pretty obvious by now. Suggestion: Make some very positive changes soon, or this place is going to be a failure. P.S. Parking SUCKS, You can hear your neighbors pee, sneeze, talk, walk and you can imagine the rest & cars are stolen, but the management trys to keep those incidents secret, thee have been break-in's, even a man kicking in doors to assualt single women. To maintain your sanity, your personal belongings -car-, and your personal safety, go elsewhere.

i have to laugh at this. who gets that upset about post it notes. i actually live in the next building over and don't recall seeing any so called "tacky" post it notes. i think some people need more hobbies.

Sounds like a disgruntled eviction person to me. I also have to wonder what hate somerset means. Sounds like you are just a very angry indivdual. No worrie mate! We love it here at Vista Sands!

If you really want to know about "hatessomerset" look at their review of Somerset apartments! WOW! Who ever takes them serious I feel sorry for!
