There is that incredible balance between staff and us residents. They are so friendly and make you feel like you are part of a big family. No one wants to live someplace where the office staff are borderline friendly. Like you know the only reason they are being polite is because they want you to renew your lease or refer people. When you can keep a firm handle on rules and regulations while being friendly with the residents then you've got a recipe for an awesome community.

Mike, Lauren and Jenny are great and we ( many of us residents ) would not be here if it wasn't for them. Thank you Vista Sands for making apartment living a lovely experience.
