I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

To each, their own. My personal experience was not good. The apartments are very overpriced/over rated. I'm just saying to do some research. There's a couple other communities right across the street behind Walmart. They're newly built, I think they're called Tradition and Farmington. I know nothing about Tradition, but I do know two people who've lived in Vista, and moved to Farmington once their lease was up, and they like it better. Good luck in your search.

Thats what happens when -------- can afford to live within the same place or nearby. They ruin everything they touch.

Sorry but I have to jump in and say something. What would you like the management to do stand guard by everyoneÂ?s door? I have lived here since 2006 and I know they send out warnings when something happens. Vista Sands is very nice and it is nothing like a ghetto! I have always had a positive experience with the staff and they seem like they care to me. In addition, how would you know if the staff put something in their file? It always makes me laugh when I read these posting from people bashing a great place, you might have had a bad experience but chances are you contributed to the bad experience. As they say, it takes two to tango.

Oh your right! I tried to break into my neighbors place. Great comeback! Give me a break! It takes two to tango? Are you serious? FYI, I KNOW they didn't make a report about it or send any notifications out to ANYONE in my building! And, no, I don't expect them to stand guard smarty pants, but I DO expect them to do SOMETHING! Better lite parking would be a good first step. Maybe a camera facing the entrance. Heck, i don't know, but they need to do something. It's definitely not worth the cost of rent. You can rent a house for the price of a 2 bedroom. I'm renting a home now, and my buddy moved into Farmington Village, which is like 2 min's from there, and it's cheaper, WAY Nicer, better floorplan's, and more secure. I bet "Kburen80" works at Vista and anytime someone puts a review up, she has a quick rebuttal for it. All, I'm saying is do some homework and visit other nearby communities such as Tradition or Farmington Village.
