| If you rent a 1st or 2nd floor be aware you can and likely WILL hear the renters above you. Sound insulation is minimal which means heavy footed neighbors are readily heard. You can ocassionally hear alarm clocks, showers, toilets ... more | ||||||||||||

| Parking is a problem. noise from neighbors is annoying trashy breezeways- dirty, ? stuff smeared on inside breezeway walls,storage doors are dirty with ? stuff. Railings need repair and painted. | ||||||||||||
