When I first came to visit, everything was pleasant, The apartment that I was shown was nice and everything was redone like the sign. When I signed my lease however, the apartment that I was to receive was suddenly unavailable and that I was going to be in another unit. No big deal right' WRONG, after I signed the lease I was given the keys to another apartment that looked like it was still being repaired, the cabinets and floors needed to be repaired, mold was everywhere, including in the air and you could smell it, the refridgerator was a mess and had mold and mildew and the place just flat out needed to have more things repaired before anyone moved in here. I listed everything on my move in sheet and took it back to the manager.I was upset, they assured me that it would all be taken care of and not once did they mention that I had a week to change my mind since I was not satisfied with the apartment. I called day in and day to no avail, after making multiple request for management to give me a new refridgerator and other things, It still did not happen, I had to go online and look up the corporate office number and send them an email advising them of my living conditions, which is how I found out that I had a week to legally break my lease w/o consequences by then however, that time frame was expired. Nothing has changed, still waiting for things from a year ago to be fixed, I have suffered from sinus and other illnesses due to the mold that has been in this unit from day one and no one seems to care! I have complained, and still nothing! I have been stung by bees, which I had a reaction to and had to go to the hospital, on top of that I also have wasps and guess what, they said that they have the problem under control but they somehow come back. The people mislead you a lot around here. They will say that they have fixed something and it has not been fixed I think that some of the staff in the office are un friendly and do not care about you unless you are "friends" with them. NO one has even once apologized to me for anything that I have experienced here. Maybe your experience will be different from what I have been through and you be able to deal with a lot of things that I have had to endure, like my neighbors blasting their music or, the ones up above me constantly fighting and carrying on that I have to call 911 on some occassions. I wish you the best , but the amount that I pay for rent is not worth it.
