Poor concerns for health

The Staff truely doesn't care about ones health. The Corporate Office as well was notified and this didn't resolve anything. You can go without heat in below FREEZING weather for a month and it doesn't matter, the "after hours" maintenance person won't return a call.
For a mold issue the Property Management Rep said "do you know what we have to do to clean that, we have to scrub it with bleach" Hmmm,ok and whos job is this the residents or maintenance.
The Apartments are on a very busy road Dorchester....don't be fooled!!! But as well talk to a few residents or stand in the office a few days to see how they handle things.
