If you are lowly enough to talk about someone behind their back when you "think" you have them on hold atleast make sure you have them on hold if you choose to be unprofessional, she knows who she is. You did not have the tenant on hold when you said "I know this is the _____ that posted the complaint".


Very much so not worth your time.
