I have lived all over the USA and Europe. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. The police are out here several times a week. Dogs and cats are allowed to roam at will. Repairs are not made in a timely manner. The situation with the teenagers in this complex is completely out of control. Look elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
