Now listen, I have lived here for 2 years and have never had a problem that was not addressed and corrected right away. This place is by far the best apartments in Summerville! I have lived in Summerville for 15 years and I have lived at several different apartments and they do not hold a candle to Waters Edge. All you people that complain on these sites are probably people who broke the rules, trashed the apartment or did something else that you are not saying here. I am a police officer and the reason you see us here is because like 5 of us live here. I can not beleive that people talk trash about places with no proof what so ever, it make me sick.

i have lived here since march 2006 both of my bedroom windows leaked for abouth five months befor it was addressed and the drywall is still not fixed i have a police officer that just moved in and he has had a brookdown car right inthe front parking place for 3 weeks you guys if any should know better i rescept the athority and have had no problems with it but com on now. and as far as these apartments go the suck i was trying to take a relaxing bath when i heard not just one but both upsairs negibors taking a piss now thats offencive and they make is so expencive to try to get out you cant move out with there fees and everything
