We lived in a ground floor apartment that had a continuous problem with pinhole leaks in the copper pipes. There were at least 1-2 leaks a month. Some apartments had this problem and some did not. The management was good about quickly patching the leaks but would not reduce our rent due to the constant inconvenience. We also noticed a lot of mold growth around the windows and underneath the floor. The windows also were coming away from the frames and allowing ants to enter the apartment. We complained about this and the management would send an exterminator to spray, which did not work. We eventually caulked the windows ourselves and that seemed to help. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.
