I have recently and thankfully moved out of Westbury Mews after almost three years. In the past year, since new maintaince man came things with the management really went down hill. If the maintaince man showed up at all he was either drunk or didn't know what he was doing. My air conditioner was out for over five days before they finally got around to fixing it. When I did complain, I was told that it wasn't over 80 degrees and that it wasn't an emergency. Unbelieveable! Only upon giving my notice did the bathroom fan get fixed after three years, as well as the screens with holes in them, also after three years.
If you want to get your monies worth, go to another place. You will be treated and served so much better.

Since Ms -------never advised us of a problem with her bathroom fan until just before she moved, she's right, it was not addressed. Immediately upon being advised by the resident her screens and fan were taken care of the same day, as we try to do with all work orders.
The air conditioner was dealt with the same as all. The problem was addressed the same day it was called in. Since it was mid April it was not that warm. Anyone living in apartments will be aware under 80 is not considered an emergency. It was replaced 4 days after it was called in. A/Cs are not kept in stock and have to be ordered.
It is sad the only time people can find an opportunity to write anything it needs to be a complaint. Sadly they never post anything when you go above and beyond for them. Which is more often the case than not.

WOW, When did it become ethical to place a residents name on here? I am a property manager, with that title comes professionlism. To place your residents name on this forum is a form of direct immidation. Is this the style of management upheld by your management company? Although I know most of the residents that made the complants about our issues; I would never belittle a resident by tagging their name to blog. It is unfortunate when issues arise, it is more unfortunate when a manager does not use their communication skill effectively.

Also as a property manager I take great pride in taking good care of my residents. You say you are in this business but if you read the response of the manager above you would see she did not say anything negative about the resident. She did however quote facts and actual times things were addressed. If people wish to complain why hide behind anonominity at least allow the property the opportunity to defend itself. The manager's skills in communication were obviously not lacking. There was no name calling and no finger pointing only an apparently honest response. If the resident feels they are in the right why not post your name? There should be no shame in honesty.

Unfortunatly, when it comes to westbury mews staff, honestly is the worst policy. Write your name and they treat you worse than anything. Have mold in your apartment? well, it must be your fault then! according to staff. If you want anything done you have to go to high enterprises, the company who owns them.
Thats how Linda (the manager on top) lost her job. And still, nothing has changed there.
