I lived here for awhile. The only reason I stayed was because money was tight. The management is horrible. You say something is wrong and she writes a work order but if maintance does get it (you're lucky if they do) it takes months to get them to come out. They do love to hang out in the office and talk. The only thing they are good at is raising the rent. In my opinion if they raise the rent you should get something for it. The don't give you anything. The hours at the office say 9am to 5pm. but the manager is there when she "feels like it". The buildings are falling apart and they blame you for EVERYTHING! In two words STAY AWAY!

I actually am the maintenance man and Wood Oak is a great place to live. Maintenance is handled in a timely manner and management is great. I have lived on the property and still do and it is a very safe and friendly enviroment. Stop by and see for yourself!!!

When I lived there Patricia would write down the work order and maybe a month later yall would get around to it. Yall spend most of your time either hanging out in the office (during rare times that Patricia is there) or at Amberwood. Getting out of there was the best thing I caould have ever done.
