Management is the slackest I've ever seen. Office hours posted on office door but are not kept. No full-time maintenance. Work not completed as per lease terms (if u have signed lease). Work requests placed w/ managmeent take weeks, even months, to have completed (if they are completed at all). Items not fixed from move-in to new apartment over 2 yrs ago. When request made for something to be fixed, u are blamed & told u will have to pay to fix. No ammenities. Nothing for kids who are not allowed to ride bikes or throw balls on apartment grounds (not even in grass areas). Management will post notices on apartment door for thing you are being "repremanded" for open where other tenants in the complex are able to read it. Some tenants are "friends" with the managment & are given special privleges in the complex. They will tell managment everything that happens. They have even been caught snooping around other apartments & vehicles trying to see what you are doing so they can report to management.

I couldn't have said it any better. This is the truth. When I moved out I was sent a "bill" of what I still owed. I was charged for toys that they had to move. They were my neighbors toys!!!! When she got evicted she left them and we got charged. If management was around more they would know. They are too busy doing things for their "friends"
