Clean pool,clean gym and the office staff are friendly. Staff has been here for 3 months are out going and love the Residents.
I live on the 2nd floor and enjoy it. Anytime you live in an Apartmet you alway have more people around but that is not bad,no noise from washers or dryers.

Maybe the residents on top of you don't have a washer or dryer.
