Cleaning Agreement I lived in 2 apartments in this development over a year and a half period. The staff is oh so nice, in the beginning. I had to clean both apartments from top to bottom before moving in, (lodging a complaint with the office) and they still billed me when I moved out.

Carter Mill I have lived at Carter Mill for about a month now. So far I like it. My only complaint is the noise. Some of the neighbors are a bit loud. The walls seem to be thin. Otherwise it has been a great apartment so far.

bad for military There are two people who work there. Kim is just aweful. Tess pawns all problems off to kim. She literally has stolen money right out of my pocket. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my lifetime. I would never recommend this complex to anyone, espically military.

Best Place in town Clean pool,clean gym and the office staff are friendly. Staff has been here for 3 months are out going and love the Residents.
I live on the 2nd floor and enjoy it. Anytime you live in an Apartmet you alway have more people around but that is not bad,no noise from washers

Move To The Top Floor For Peace Sake You can hear toilets flushing, wash machines washing, vacuum machines running, and footsteps from the tenants above. These apartments are paper thin and are over priced. Be careful where you step because there will probably be a big brown surprise
