I was in the office of The Chimneys today when they received a phone call concerning the posts on this site. I have lived here for over 3 years and can tell you that my opinion varies greatly from these posts.

Although there have been some delays prevoiusly with maintenance, the response time now is right on the money. A matter of fact, I reported a dripping faucet at 3:00pm yesterday and it was fixed before 4:30pm the same day. I have seen within the last several months a big difference in the way the place looks as far as trash being picked up.(Of course the staff here gets stuck with cleaning up after dummies that don't know how to put their trash in the trash!) There are a good number of children and it takes a lot to keep up with them, lets put blame where it goes and shame the parents for not teaching kids to behave. I have never had ANYONE look in my windows. I too have had ants, but good grief!, buy some bug spray and kill the little devils. I used to live in Charleston and THEY have Palmetto bugs. I think I've had 2 or 3 inside here but anyone with any sense knows that these are outside bugs that come in from the heat or cold.

The office staff is always cordial, maintenance fixes stuff that breaks. I think its a great place to live. SO THERE!
