I've lived at Chimneys for 6 months.
Every time I call, you always get the voice mail,then I go up to office and find the manager and helper just sitting and talking.
This is very aggravating. WHY HAVE A PHONE IF YOU DON'T EVER ANSWER IT '''''''''''
