I have livid here longer than the current staff has been employed here, and I must say all of them are very nice and helpful. Many improvements have been made over the years in all areas. The new Maint. Staff is a huge improvement.
There is more than enough parking per unit. Keep in mind just like every other complex, residents occasionaly have friends or family visting, we all do.

I feel very safe in this neighborhood, and the area is child friendly.

The location is great. Only a minute away from a Grocery store, Pharmacy and there is a Gym right next door. Minutes from the Mall, Hospital, and some of my favorite restaurants. Once you figure out the roads, it's even quicker.

You sound like management to me. Reading the review sounds like some trying to lease an apartment. Makes one wonder...

And you sound like a "fuddy-duddy!" I agree 100% with what this resident posted! I've lived here 7 years! This IS a great place to live, especially if you have kids! My kids have walked to school ever since we moved in. I don't intend on going anywahere either!
