I have lived here for almost 7 seven years. I have 3 children, and have found this to be a wonderful place to raise my children. We are within walking distance of Brushy Creek Elementary School, where they have all attended. There are a lot of children here, so my kids always have other kids to play with. The mommies are all good at networking to help keep all of our children safe!
The maintenance wasn't all that great for quite awhile, but has since improved tremendously!
The staff is really wonderful and are always doing what they can to help!
I would recommend these apartments to anyone with children, and especially single mothers!
