I have been a resident for 1 year and I love it. The office managers and rental agents are always cheerful and willing to help residents in any way possible. The residents there are also friendly. The grounds are always kept neat. Shrubs are always trimmed. I am able to sit on my patio and enjoy the evening. There are grilles located at the swimming pool for your enjoyment. The pool and Tennis courts are ways clean and neat. I would consider the Chimney s Apartment community a safe place to live because it has a community watch program formed.
