i been staying here 2 years they have never been any upgrades or nothing everytime i call maintience for something its breaks back down a few weeks later the people in rental office rude as hell and dont speak the only nice one is the -------girl. i stay on 1st floor under some damn ---------all they do is walk and stomach all day and nite u cant get no rest worst place ever

First of all, I have been living there for three years and I always get a quick response on all repairs. There is no -------Girl that works in the office and there hasn't been one in the three years that I have lived there. If the apartments have been so terrible, why are you still living there after two years? I love the Chimneys and I plan to stay there for several years.

look trick dont come at me with no 1st of all ---- if i dont like where im staying that my choice im pretty sure this somebody that works in the rental office responding and cramp just like im sure its some of u that broke in2 my apt but i got a tramp set for ya honey do believe that damn thieves

I live here and they just replaced all the appliances, cabinets, countertops, and fixtures. Cabinets, counters, and fixtures in bathrooms have been replaced, too. It sounds to me like you're mistaken or you're having a bit of fun. Either way, your reports are false.

I've been living here 1 1/2 years,they just remodeled my apartment.New kitchen cabinets,counter tops,all new appliances,bathroom counters and top,big mirror,new light fxtures,sinks.I suppose your idea of upgrades is different than mine,or you live at the Chimneys in TIMBUCKTOO.I have no problems here,its a quiet complex.If you are un-happy,move.I think you have personal problems or issues.

I had been there for 6 months and they lied to me about where I was going. So it's not just that girl having an issue. This complex sucks. Sorry if this upsets you. Maybe you should quit working for them and the problems would be resolved.
