The Chimneys is not safe and Pedifiles live in the complex ------ allows this. They are supposed to do background checks to ensure safety but seems as if she just tries to get more rents and doesn't care about the safety of families. I thought they had a bread restriction and ------ allows Routwhilers to be in the complex too. This is such a nightmare I wish my lease were up so I could leave now but I just signed a lease so I am stuck....Run Run Run so many other places to live and this one is a mess because of ------!!!!!

First of all, Pedifiles live everywhere. Its my opinion that children should be watched all the time. There is no perfect place to live. If you watch the news, it is quite obvious. As for Routwhilers, they are not allowed. if you know that someone has a dog like this, let management know. People do sneak dogs into the complex. I have lived here for many years and I consider it safe. but I always take precautions. You should do this no matter where you live. I encourage you to talk to management because they are very receptive.
