When I came into the apartment to see about a one bedroom, the lady came up to me and said there was nothing available and would not even let me have a brochure. This was in Jan, 2006. She didn't even give me a chance to see when one would be available. She just handed me a magazine and told me to look through there for another apartment to rent. She was not very customer oriented. Never even recommend anyone going there to even consider an apartment

That just sounds kind of bogus to me! Like someone would actually say NO. You can't have a brochure? Give me a break

Actually, she's right, when I went over there last month, I walked in and there was a big fat lady sitting at a computer and as soon as we stepped through the door, she stated that there was nothing available and that maybe we should try the other apartments up or down the street, she refused to give us any information, a major witch!!!!
