I deposited on an apartment at East Ridge Estates and was not contacted by the management for 5 weeks. I was not contacted when my application was approved or notified of a a move-in date. After repeatedly calling, I was told my move-in date was scheduled in 2 days. The management team is rude and lazy. When I first toured, my gut reaction was it would be painful to deal with these people, but I needed a place to live... Since my dealings with them began, I've been informed by three people that the property manager has moved from apartment to apartment in the area because she is unprofessional and rude. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
