I had lived here comfortably without any problems. The apartments seem nice and all, but the staff is very dishonest. I wonder if the woman still works here, her name was Lisa. I had been laid off and got a job in Atlanta. I went and told them, they agreed that I pay two months rent and leave. I thoroughly cleaned the apartment, paid two months rent and left. Then I called and they asked me to give $1400 more. As per SC clause, if you move 30 miles away from residence due to lay off you can break the lease. Anyways initially they agreed that I pay two months rent and leave. I then called from IL, and verified again. Lisa mentioned its ok. Only to find out 3 years later, they had put it on my credit report. Such dishonesty. Ultimately I ended up paying the collection agency. It wasnt worth it. I wouldnt move back there, not very friendly staff, and yeah I agree with other reviewers, they are also ignorant.
