I have had many mechanical issues since moving into Grey Eagle. There are bug problems and have been since the first day I moved in. The former staff were rude and not at all helpful. However, the new staff is seemingly helpful and more on top of things. I don't think this apartment is worth 662 dollars a month for a two bedroom. Its decent but the price is too high for what renters get. They are old, there are bug problems and you can hear everything above you if you live on the 1st or 2nd floor.
