I have lived here for two years. I really like my apartment and its convenience to both Greenville and Greer. I have only two complaints. First of all, it seems like the power goes out if the wind blows too hard. In the event of a major storm I can always expect to be without power for at least a few hours. Also, when it gets warm the roaches come out. I have to give the management credit though, because as soon as I mention this problem they have the pest control guys go in and spray my apartment. This helps for a little bit, but the thing that bothers me the most is that I'm always finding baby roaches (like the size of a pencil eraser) climbing on the walls. I understand that roaches are really hard to control...Just be forewarned.
