I moved in early 2007, and the place was quiet, clean, and efficiently ran. We got new management in June, and now the place kind of sucks. There are sofas and furniture around the dumpsters (if you visit, go look. you'll see.) The once magnificently groomed grounds are now a little unkempt. The laundry room reeks of moth balls and the dryers dont work at all. Children run up and down the hallways playing, all day long (if you visit, check the breezeways for toys.. proof of noisy children) AND the breezeways are full of crap. Someone even reserved a parking space with an old fax machine! And someone was robbed here! I was approached one night, a fellow apartment resident asking me for money to borrow! I've noticed that 2 of my neighbors have moved, and I won't be renewing my lease either! If youre NOT one of the dregs of society, you might want to avoid this place, as you'll be living with them if you accept.
