Worst Place I've Ever Lived!

My husband and I have had to sleep elsewhere during the summer because they never fixed our ac. They said they did but it worked for a week and then broke again. It was over 90-100 in the apt. We also haven't turned on the heat once this winter and its between 78-90 every day. 78 is when we leave the sliding door open all day.

They are slow to fix anything. You can't rely on them. Always call and talk to a person to do maintenance requests. NEVER use their automated maintenance online or leave a message it never gets fixed and they then say there is no record of your complaint.

We're moving as soon as the lease is up. Unless they don't fix anything THIS time and we're giving notice. Its absurd.

Another thing. The apartment under us hasn't kept anyone the year and a half we have been here there have been three separate tenants. No one wants to stay here. Also you have to walk forever to get to the trash instead of most apartments who have dumpsters near each building.

The rent goes up every time you release. I'm paying about what people starting out there pay for a 2 bedroom for our one.

I agree about the lease renewal. I have been here since 1999 and every year my lease comes up for renewal it goes up at least $25.00 a month. You would think they would want to keep their long term residents when they are the ones who usually take care of their apartments. I am paying a lot more then the new residents that move in.

I totally agree about the lease renewal also. I moved in in 2007 and I was planning to stay here for about 10 years, then i got my renewal and they were going up $75.00 a month! I have a 2 bedroom and they said the increase was so "I could be in-line with the going rate". What???? When i discussed it with them, they DID come down to a $35.00 increase. I'm looking for a house. I'm on a very limited income and I can't afford these types of increases. it's a nice place and i love living here. if you rent just know that the rent WILL increase!! That's for sure!! I was told by another resident that 4 people in my building moved due to the HIGH INCREASES. You'd think they would want to keep good tenants and not have a high turnover rate, but people are moving and i'm pretty sure it's due to the increases.
