We've got a new manager from another complex that she helped ruin in Simpsonville, now she's here to ruin this one. NEVER walks the complex, doesn't know whats going on anywhere, and sits in her "high tower" and talks down to anyone. Other staff has to put up with her because she's their boss, but they aren't anything like her, they care and do whatever it takes to keep their residents. Too bad upper management doesn't realize there's a depression going on and one person will ruin their complex
