Dear all,
I lived in the formerly Greentree Apartments for approximately two years. My overall opinion is that the facility is OK. My problem is the security deposit. When I moved out, the apartment was inspected with no problems. I was told I would receive the deposit within two weeks. That was two years ago. A copy of the inspection report is available. I have made five attemps to get the security deposit. The answer is they lost my file. If you are considering the facilty, get in writing the return deposit policy or demand it when you move out. I understand that this may be a continual problem and others have the same problem.
