new management, new problems

when we got new management they promised us a better place to live and they were "on top of all the problems". what a joke! the new manager is rude to the utmost extreme. they spend money on no trespassing signs that are useless. the money would have been better spent on fixing these rotten buildings. landscaping is only done properly in areas that are viewable from the street side. curb appeal is deserved by ALL residents, not just those who can be seen from the street. too bad the old manager and others left. at least if you ran into them on the property they would smile and say hello. if the new manager thinks you have "offended" her by your honest complaints and comments she rudely ignores you. the new head of maintenence is also a rude man. if you want a friendly, well-kept and maintained apartment DO NOT MOVE HERE! there are also a couple of registered sex offenders and pedofiles living here and of course the management doesn't tell you that. quality and honesty are NOT the policy here. i will be more than happy when i leave here. i know in my building alone that at least 4 tenants have moved because of our so called new and better management. occupancy is way down and they will smile and tell you how great it is here just to get you to rent from them. after they get you here it's all downhill from there. i have waited 6 months for a repair in my apt. the new manager & head of maintenence PROMISED me they would get right on it. that was six months ago and i'm STILL WAITING. so, if you want a nice friendly staff and good maintenence MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE. DO NOT LIVE HERE. it's all a facade, a fantasy of great apartment living. i'm into reality not FANTASY!

aparrently the manager thinks she is an EXPERT! LOL! i guess the truth hurts!!!! get over it and do the job you were hired to do! and being a human being would help.
