Upstate Window And Gutter cleaning performed work @ Taylor Crossing in June of 2006 and refuses to pay!First they said they had not received our invoices(4).After we contacted them several times including A personal visit to the office, we were told that A check would be mailed within two weeks.Now they want an insurance certificate which has now been provided 3 different times.They dont pay their bills, but would hesitate to evict someone for the same!We will see them in COURT!! I don't think that when someone is looking for TENANTS' opinions about this apartment, they really care about a dispute that your business had with this apartment complex two years ago. This review is not helpful at all, and as you are not a current or former tenant I believe you have no right to rate the parking, maintenance, construction, noise, grounds, or safety. As a person that is looking for an apartment right now, I find your review quite annoying. If you haven't already, take up your dispute with the BBB, and leave the reviewing to someone that has actually lived there. Oh yeah, and you really should brush up on your grammar skills.
