Don't Be Fooled Apartments may seem nice, but inspect carefully, they try to pass a lot of things off as okay, which you will later find out are not. They take MONTHS for any repairs to get done, that's saying if they even do them. Office management will say and do anything

We love it here We have been at the Chimney's for 5 years now and we would not want to live anywhere else. It's in a very good location and maintenance is good, and the office staff is great. They did do renovations on the apartments and it's all good.
