We have lived here for 2 years and trying to break the lease. It is awful!! I have mold growing in my apartment. The maintance is awful and always makes excuses! The area is run over by teenagers and kids and no parents are in sights. They steal off your porch and trash the property and will not get out of the way when you are trying to drive through to park! WE HATE IT HERE NOW!! It feels like the ghetto now! I can't see a change in the new management either. There is a pool but you can not swim due to all of the teenagers acting stupid. You can hear foul language as soon as you walk out side, it is loud and no one abides by the rules. Kids climb on your cars. Need I say more' DO NOT WASTE YOUR $!!!!!
