All I can say is if you are looking to move there, ride through the parking lot during the week, when school is out and at night. They may not allow pets, but there is a lot of small kids, running the complex, unsupervised, at all hours of the night. Then drive thru at night. Still multiple people outside in the parking lots and it was scary. I would not want my family or me for that matter living in that enviroment.
