Forest Point COULD be a wonderful apartment complex. But, like many other nice places, "new management" and the old "$99 moves you in!" special have started the downward spiral of the area.

There are problems with dogs running at large, animal feces all over the ground, trash left outside of apartments by the bag, noise problems, able-body people parking in the handicap spaces out of sheer laziness, many, many noise problems and a "manager" who doesn't give a crap. She is guilty of just about everything listed above, but she justifies her rule breaking by saying, "BUT I'M THE APARTMENT MANAGER."

She also tells other residents all of the goings-on of the complex, including complaints, thus causing a certain gossip-mongering in the area. The cattiness level is that of a high school clique.

Do yourself a favor, go for the gated community on Jeffries Blvd... or just rent a house. Forest Point isn't worth it anymore.
