When we first moved here, it was great. The grounds were kept clean and management was great to work with. However, in the past year, it has gone down hill. People are constantly moving in, then moving out in 1-3 months. Dogs roam around. The fitness center was broken for a while. We had flea problems several times, due to a dog being left on the porch above us for hours on end, then it urinating and pooping on the porch, and it dripping down to our porch. Garbage piles up, neighbors leave bags of garbage outside of their doors for several days at a time. We pay a month to month lease and they have tried to raise the rent with little notice on several occassions. It takes several phone calls to get a return call back.
