Well!
I do not aggree with most of the review I read because I have been living here for 3 years. Now the complex is kept clean. A lot of effort is done to run the complex efficiently. My complaint will be the change in office staff. The new office staff are robots who thing that they are the all mighty god in that office. They never want to listen. After all living in this complex for three year without late payment does not entitled me of any favor, but I need to be listen to if I have a problem or if I ask a question.
I am not happy with the new staff and I know te management can do better. In another words the management need to send the new staff to take some customer service training.
